Liferaft is free and always will be. These terms apply when you use the site, its AI tools, its downloads or the Verse of the Day email, and using any of them means you agree to them. How your information is handled is on the Privacy page.
What Liferaft is, and what it is not
Liferaft offers career guidance and spiritual encouragement for hard seasons. It is not medical, mental-health, legal or financial advice, and it does not replace a doctor, counselor, attorney, financial professional or pastor who knows your situation.
If you are in crisis, call or text 988 to reach the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline. In an emergency, call 911.
The AI tools
- Responses are written by an AI model from what you enter. They can be wrong, incomplete or a poor fit for your situation. Treat each one as a draft: check anything that matters and make your own decisions.
- You are responsible for what you do with a response, including anything you send to an employer, a recruiter or anyone else.
- Do not enter passwords, government ID numbers, account numbers, health details or other people's private information. What you enter is recorded, as the Privacy page explains.
- What you type is yours, and so are the responses. Use them however you like.
Using the site fairly
Please do not use Liferaft to harass or harm anyone, to create anything unlawful, or to interfere with the site. That includes automated or bulk requests, scraping, and attempts to get around its limits or security. Access may be limited or blocked to keep the site working for everyone.
The Verse of the Day
The email is free and starts only after you confirm your address, and every one carries a one-click unsubscribe. Its schedule and content may change, and it may be paused or ended.
Sharing the prayers, steps and pictures
The prayers, action steps, lifelines, wallpapers and verse cards, and the Liferaft name and logo, belong to Liferaft. You are welcome to use them personally and to share them: set a wallpaper, send a prayer to a friend, repost a verse card. Please keep the Liferaft name on what you share, and do not sell them, present them as your own, or use the name or logo in a way that suggests Liferaft endorses you or your work.

Liferaft links to sites it does not run, such as the 988 Lifeline, VA career services and FindHelp.org. It is not responsible for their content or what they do with your information.
No guarantees
Liferaft is offered "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. It makes no promise about any outcome, such as a job, an interview or a result at work. Any feature may change, pause or end at any time.
Limits on liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Liferaft and the person who runs it are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss that comes from using the site or relying on its content. Because Liferaft is free, total liability for any claim relating to it is limited to one hundred US dollars. Some places do not allow these limits, so some of them may not apply to you.
Arizona law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute about them will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Arizona.
Age
Liferaft is meant for adults. You must be at least 13 to use it.
Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated. The date at the top shows the current version, and using Liferaft after a change means you accept the updated terms.
