When work is taking too much

“Come away by yourselves to a desolate place and rest a while.”

Jesus, teach me where work has crossed from responsibility into control. Help me honor my limits without guilt. Show me what needs a boundary, what needs a no, and what can wait. Restore the parts of my life that are becoming thin because I keep saying yes to everything urgent. Amen.
