While waiting for an answer

“But they who wait for the LORD shall renew their strength.”

Lord, waiting exposes how little control I have. Keep me from refreshing inboxes like they can save me. Help me use this space well: to follow up once, prepare wisely, rest honestly, and keep showing up to the life in front of me. If the answer is yes, make me ready. If it is no, keep me from collapsing. Renew my strength in the waiting. Amen.
