Sunday night dread

“In peace I will both lie down and sleep; for you alone, O LORD, make me dwell in safety.”

Father, the week has not started and I am already bracing for it. Quiet the list running in my head. Remind me that Monday is not a verdict and that You will be there when I walk in. Give me real sleep tonight, and the courage to face tomorrow one hour at a time instead of all at once. Amen.
