Before you sign anything

“The simple believes everything, but the prudent gives thought to his steps.”

Lord, I want this so much that I am tempted to skip the fine print. Slow me down. Give me the prudence to read everything, ask the awkward questions, and get a second set of eyes. Protect me from what I cannot see, and give me peace to sign when it is right. Amen.
