Before a networking conversation

“Two are better than one, because they have a good reward for their toil. For if they fall, one will lift up his fellow.”

Lord, I would rather do this alone than ask, and that pride is costing me. Give me the humility to reach out, the honesty to say what I actually need, and the generosity to offer something in return. Make me a good conversation, not a transaction. Bring the right people across my path and let me be that person for someone else. Amen.
