When the search drags into months

Lord, the calendar is louder than my faith right now. Month after month of trying is wearing down my hope, and I am starting to believe the silence. Keep me faithful in the small daily work when the big answer will not come. Guard me from bitterness and from giving up early. Your timing is not late, even when mine feels wasted. Amen.
