For leading people well

“Whoever would be great among you must be your servant.”

Jesus, make me a leader who does not use people to feel important. Help me give clear direction, protect trust, own my mistakes, and notice the people carrying quiet weight. Teach me to serve without becoming passive and to lead without becoming proud. Amen.
