Who you are when the title is gone

“See what kind of love the Father has given to us, that we should be called children of God; and so we are.”

1 John 3:1 · ESV

Father, when someone asks what I do, I do not know what to say anymore. The title is gone and I am not sure who is left. You say I am Your child, and so I am. Let that be the first thing I know about myself and the last thing anyone can take. Amen.
