When gossip is flying

“Let no corrupting talk come out of your mouths, but only such as is good for building up, as fits the occasion, that it may give grace to those who hear.”

Ephesians 4:29 · ESV

Lord, the office is full of whispers and I want in on them. Guard my mouth. Keep me from saying about someone what I would not say to them. Give me the courage to change the subject, and words that build people up when everyone else is tearing them down. Amen.
