Lord, You built rest into the week on purpose, and I keep treating it as something I have to earn. Help me stop today without guilt. Quiet the voice that says everything will fall apart if I do not check in. Give me back my attention, my family, and my sense of humor. Teach me that rest is obedience, not laziness. Amen.
