Christmas Eve

“Fear not, for behold, I bring you good news of great joy that will be for all the people. For unto you is born this day in the city of David a Savior, who is Christ the Lord.”

Luke 2:10-11 · ESV

Jesus, You came to shepherds on a night shift. You know what it is to be born into a world with no room. Tonight I set down the search, the worry, and the year, and I receive the good news again. A Savior has been born. That is enough for tonight. Amen.
