When you are running on fumes

“Come to me, all who labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest.”

Jesus, I am tired past what coffee or another weekend can fix. I bring You the exhaustion, the resentment, and the part of me that thinks stopping means failing. Teach me to receive rest without earning it. Show me what must be carried, what can be put down, and who I need to tell the truth to. Restore my body, my attention, and my joy. Amen.
