After a hard performance review

Father, that review stung, and my first instinct is to argue with every line. Slow me down. Help me hear what is true in it without agreeing with what is not. Keep me from despair and from defensiveness. Show me one thing I can change, and give me the humility to change it. My worth is not a rating. Amen.
